Lisa M. Clark

With 19 years of clinical experience as A Massage Therapist, I specialize in treating complex dysfunctions of the head, neck, jaw. I offer an integrative approach to hands on manual therapy that incorporates various forms of combined modalities to achieve fascia decompression. My treatments focus on helping clients find relief from chronic pain, tension, restricted movement, and dysfunctional breathing patterns by addressing the body's interconnected fascia and muscular systems.

My specialties include Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD), intra-oral massage, fascia decompression, and techniques that address diaphragmatic restriction and rib cage compression. I believe that efficient breathing begins with a body that is free to move, and that restoring mobility to the diaphragm, ribs, and surrounding connective tissues can support improved posture, breathing mechanics, and overall function of the upper body.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep appreciation for the role fascia plays in restriction and imbalances. Fascia is as a dynamic connective tissue network that can become restricted through injury, repetitive movement, chronic stress, and protective patterns. In my practice, I also recognize that many clients experience an important connection between their physical tension and emotional experiences that can cause a blockage in their body.

While research on the relationship between fascia, stress, and emotional processing continues to evolve, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients can safely release long-held patterns of tension and reconnect with a greater sense of ease, balance, and embodiment.

Rather than simply treating symptoms, my goal is to identify and address the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction. Every session is tailored to the individual, combining precise assessment with skilled hands-on techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support the body's innate capacity for healing.

Whether someone is struggling with jaw pain, headaches/migraines, neck tension, tinnitus, Bruxisum, Vestibular balance disorder, shallow breathing, postural imbalances and chronic fascial restrictions. I am passionate about helping my clients experience lasting change.

My work blends clinical expertise with compassionate care, empowering clients to move more freely, breathe more fully, and reconnect with the strength and resilience of their own bodies.

Lisa is passionate about empowering her clients, Lisa provides education on self-care practices to help them maintain a pain-free, balanced life beyond the treatment room.
